Stampede Drilling is an oil & gas drilling company headquartered in Estevan and servicing South East Saskatchewan. The Company was sold in November to Matrrix Energy Technologies Inc. in an all share transaction valued at $9 million.

The transaction allowed PFM to convert its position into a well capitalized company with strong growth potential. The investment is expected to provide a better risk-adjusted return as the Company has greater market penetration and is led by a strong management team.
